Attorney Ruby De León is the managing attorney at De León Law Office, LLC, where she offers expert legal representation in both criminal defense and immigration law. Ruby is a graduate of Marquette University Law School, where she distinguished herself as an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review and a research assistant to a law professor whose focus was in civil rights and voting rights. During her time at Marquette, Ruby also served as the President of the Marquette Immigration Law Association, advocating for immigrant rights and fostering a greater understanding of immigration law. She completed over 300 hours of pro bono service during law school, reflecting her dedication to public service and access to justice.
After law school, Ruby began her legal career in criminal defense, where she achieved notable success, including securing acquittals at trial. She later transitioned to immigration law, a field that aligns with her lifelong passion for helping immigrant communities. Ruby’s bilingual fluency in English and Spanish allows her to effectively serve a diverse range of clients, ensuring that language is never a barrier to quality legal representation.
In addition to her legal practice, Ruby remains deeply involved in her community.
